BECOME A MEMBER OF THE IBTA
In the fast-paced broadband and technology industries, challenges face your company. It is difficult to stay ahead of new developments and you cannot afford to be left behind. Where can you and your staff stay informed and keep up to speed? The Indiana Broadband and Technology Association (IBTA) is your answer. The IBTA, the definitive voice for the Broadband and Technology companies in Indiana, serves the needs of all broadband and technology companies. The IBTA is a center for dialogue between our members, a laboratory for creating public policy on communications issues, and an advocate for the industry at the Indiana legislature, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, and on Capitol Hill.
We provide informational meetings and forums where members learn about issues affecting the industry and develop contacts. Our more than 100 associate/vendor members supply products and services to the whole range of technology companies. They use IBTA meetings as a platform for discussing new technological developments and business opportunities.
We sponsor an Annual State Convention as well as a trade show–the Great Lakes Technology Showcase, which draws technology companies from Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Illinois. Additionally, we provide a directory of members listing key personnel from those broadband and technology companies. We also provide weekly updates on current issues within the industry and ongoing reports about pertinent legislation at the Indiana General Assembly.
IBTA membership is divided into three categories:
- Category I – Broadband Providers
- Category II – Technology Companies
- Category III – Suppliers of equipment and services to member broadband and technology companies
We invite your company to become a member of the IBTA, a membership which will give you the information and contacts you need to succeed in the technology business.
